PARTIAL RELEASE QF MORTGAGE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: WHEREAS THE TORONTO-DOMINION BANR, a bank chartered under the Bank Act of Canada, having its principal office in the City of Atlanta, State of Georgia (hereinafter referred to as "Mortqagse"), is the owner and holder of the following Mortqaqe: Mortgage from WESTON-FLORIDA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION - FT, PIERCL ~I, WESTON-FLORIDA DEVELOPMENT - FT. PIBRCE #IZ, and WESTON-FLORIDA DEVELQPMENT CORPORATION - FT. F' Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, (collectively ~ Q ~ hereinafter called the "Mortgage" ) . WHEREAS, the said Mortqaqor has requested the Mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortqage. ~ NOW THEREFORE, RNOW YE, that said Martgagee, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of Ten and No/100 ; Dollars ($10.00) to it in hand paid, or in behalf of, the said !
