TBIS CAUSE came on for trial on January ?.4~--1990, ~nd the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds

and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parti~s and
' subject matter s~f this suit; that the relation o~ husba~ and

~ wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
~
~ between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
~ dissolved. It is thereupon
€ ~RDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between ~
ROBEI2T MILES FINCH and REANNA ROBERTS FINCH and the same is ~
herety dissolved, and the parties and each of them are her~by ~
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

x 2. ALIMONY: As a lump sum aZimony award to the Wife,

~ th~ Husband shall convey to the Wife by appropriate instrument

~ all of his right, title and interest in and to property located
~ at 213 Langfield Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida and more
~ particularly described as follows:
