ssbdivision according to the plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 17 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
In the event the Husband fails to convey his interest
within ten days from the date of this Judgment, then this Final
Judgment will be a fully conveyance of the Husband's interest ~

therein to the Wife. ~

3. PROPERTY: The property settlement agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
4. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harrassing or
annoying the other. In the event either party fails to comply

` with this provision in the presence of a law enforcement officer,

' the Sheriff of St. Lucie County is hereby directed to take into
i custody the offending party and to notify this Court at once.
