YOU ARE ADVISED TO SEEK LEGAL COUNSEL OF YOUR OWN
CHOICE PRIOR TO SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~~T~ day of
_ L~,c,~.~.- , 1989, by and between ROBERT MILES FINCH, I
hereinafter referred to as "Husband", and REANNA ROBERTS FINCH,
hereinafter referred to as "Wife".
W I T N E S S E T H: I

WHEREAS, the parties are husband and wife and were lawfully ~i
married to each other on the 22nd day of December, 1978, at
Palasky, Tennessee; and
WHEREAS unhappy matrimonial differences have arisen between I
them by reason of which they are not living together as husband
- and wife; and
WHEREAS, both parties have given much thought and careful
~ consideration to a settlement of their matrimonial differences
anc~ hayP ~etermine~ that rt,Py ~rp i rrE'~O!1~1~ ~~ZS a~~ the marriage
is irretrievably broken; and
i WHEREAS, the parties desire to settle, adjust and compromise

i all financial, support and property rights between them and to
~ reach clear agreement with respect to each of said matters; and

; WHEREAS, each has received or has been advised to seek

~ independent legal advice as to the nature and obligations of this
{
~ Agreement and has been fully~informed of his or her Iegal rights
; and obligations hereunder; and
WHEREAS, each has full knowledge of the other's financial and
economic status and believes this Agreement to be fair, just and
~ reasonable, and each of the parties to this Agreement has
~ assented freely and voluntarily to its terms and conditions and
~ affirmatively states that the Agreement has been entered into
~
~
t without undue influence, fraud, coercion or misrepresentation,
and
WHEREAS there are two minor children born as issue of this
marriage, to-wit: ROBERT DOUGLAS FINCH, age 8 years, and TORI
