~~W, THEREFORE, thz parti~s for and in consideration of the
mutual cavenants and conditions herein cantained for Ten ($10.00)
Dollars and other valuable considerations each to the other in
hand paid, receipt and sufficiency of which each hereby
acknowledges and each intending ta be lAgally bound, hereby agree
as follows:
1. RECITALS: That the foregoing recitals are trure.
2. SEPARATION: The parties shall hereafter live separate
and apart from one another and each may establish any separate
residence or domicile or carry on or engage in any occupation
which he or she shall deem f it for his or her separate use or
benefit, free from any direct or indirect control, restraint,
interference or molestation by the other.
3. NONINTERFERENCE: Neither party shall annoy, molest, or
otherwise interfere with the other party in any manner nor compel
or endeavor to compel the other party to cohabit or dwell with
him or her by any legal or other means whatever for the
restoration of conjugal rights or otherwise, so long as the other
of them shall abide by the respective covenants herein on his or
~ her part to be performed.

f 4. EFFECT OF RECONCILIATION: Reconciliation shall not
~ affect the provisions of this Agreement and this Agreement and
~
all provisions herein shall remain in full force and effect
~ unless amended, modified or vo~ded by subsequent written
~ agreement execute~ by both parties, regardless of reconciliation.

~ 5. CHILD CUSTODY. The parties agree that both are fit

~ persons to have the care, custody and control of their minor

i children, and, accordingly the parties shall have shared
i
~ responsibility of their minor children as that term is presently
~ defined by Florida law, and each shall fully participate with the
~
other and the children in all important matters pertaining to the
children's health, welfare, education and upbringing with a view
toward arriving at a harmonious policy calculated to promote the
' child's best interests and not with a view toward the personal
