participate in all major matters and decisions involving the
child such as, but not necessarily limited to, health care,
including the selection of doctors and dentists, the education of
the children~ the religious upbringing and religious
institutional membership, travel, attendance at camp and the
like. In ~he event the parties cannot, after reasonable efforts
between them, agree between themselves, the primary residential
parent shall have the right to make any final aetermination.
a. ThE Wife shall be the primary residential parent,
subject to the right of the Husband to visit with the children at
all reasonable times as may be convenient for the parties and in
the best interests of the children. Each of the parties shall
exercise the utmost of good faith and consent to all reasonable
requests by the other party in connection with the exercise of
visitation. ey the Wife being the primary residential parent of
th~ :^~:~oc children, it is intended that the Wite shall have the
day to day regular and ordinary responsibility for the
maintenance and control of the rninor children.
b. Both the Husband and Wife shall exercise, in the

utmost of good faith, his or her best efforts at all times to
i encourage and fost~r the maximum relations of love and affection
between the minor children and their mother and father. Neither

~ party shall in any way impede, obstruct or interfere with the
exercise by the other of his or her right of companionship with

; the minor children, and neither of them at any time shall in any

~ manner disparage or criticize the other parent, nor allow any

` other so to do, to or in the presence of said minor chil~. When

~ the children is with the other parent, the parent not having the
E children shall have open, but reasonable righ*s of telephonic

commun~cation with the children at all times.
c. On all visitatians by the Husband with the minor
children, the Husband shall be responsible for providing all
transportation connected with said visitation. It is the int~nt
