HomeMy WebLinkAbout1196 that the Husband shall pick up the children for the visitation and return the children to the place designated by the Wife at the end of the visitation. On all visitations by the Husband with the minor children, the Wife shall see to it that the children are provided with all clothing and equipment reasonably necessry for such visitation and the activity in which the children and the Husband shall participate. d. The Husband shall provide the Wife at least ~ 24 hours' advance notice of his intention to exercise his visitation rights. e. Neither party shall conceal the whereabouts of the minor children. Each party shall at all times keep the other party advised as to where the child shall be, whether durina visitation, vacations, holidays or otherwise, and provide the other party a telephone number where the children may be called. f. Each party shall immediately notify the other of any illness or other emergency that may arise while the children are in his or her custody, and the party who is notified shall have immediate access to the children notwithstanding where the children may be. ; g. The Husband shall pay ta the Wife the sum o£ $100.00 per i ~ week per child as child support for the minor children, with the ~ f first payment beginning on the /3T day of , 1989, and a like payment each and every week thereafter. Said payments are to be made through the C~erk of Circuit Court in ~ash, money order or certified check.
