parties as set out in Paragraph 10 below, and upon sale of the
marital home, the amount of child support shall be reviewed ~x based

ability to pay.
7. HEALTH INSURANCE: The Husband agrees to maintain health
insurance coverage for the benef it of the minor children. The
part~es shall equally divide any expenses not covered by said
insurance.
8. INCOME TAX RETURNS: Each party sha11 claim one of the
children as a deduction for federal income tax purposes.
9. DIVISION OF JOINT PROPERTY OF THE PARTIES: The parties
hereby mutually agree to the following division of joint
property:
a. The Husband shall transfer to the Wife all right,
title and interest in the marital home located at 213 SW
~ Langfield Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida, and all furniture and
~ furr,ishings l~cated therein, with the exception of the Husband's
ciothing and personal effects.

The Wife shall assume any outstanding mortgages and receive
i any tax benefits from any such mort~ages presently encumbering
; said real property; provided, however, that the Husband shall pay

~ one-half of the monthly payment amount on each of the three (3)

; outstanding mortgages. One-half of the present total monthly

` mortgage payments is $467.00. The Husband, furthermore, shall be

; free from any obligations or liabilities arising under said

! mortgages, except as set forth above.

€ title and interest he may have in the 1985 Pontiac. The Wife
