HomeMy WebLinkAbout1199 shall at any time or times he~eafter, without further consideration and without further cost to the other party, take any an~ all steps and execute, acknowledge and deliver to the other party any and all further in~truments as the other of said parties may reasonably require for the purpose of giving full force and effect to this Agreement and to the covenants and conditions hereof. 13. REPRESENTATIONS: The parties represent to each other: a. That each party has had or has been ac~vised to seek independent legal advice by counsel of his or her selection in the negotiations of this Agreement. Each party fully understands the facts and has been informed fully as to his or her legal rights and obligations. Each is signing the Agreement freely and voluntarily intending to be bound by it. The Wife's attorney is R. N. Roblegard, III. The Husband elects not to seek counsel. Each party affirmatively states that he or she has entered into this Agreement freely and voluntarily and without undue influence, fraud, coercion or misrepresentation. b. Each party has made a full disclosure to the o~her of his or her assets and current financial condition. i i c. Eac~ party understands and agrees that this Agreement constitutes the entire contract of the parties and ~ supersedes any prior understanc3ings or agreements made by them on I the subjects covered in this Agreement. There are no { representations or warranties other than those set forth in this i ~ Agreement. F d. Each party is inforR~ed by his or her counsel of the E f E laws of Florida with respect to the power of the Gourt under ; certain conditions to modify the terms of this Agreement, particularly with reference to matters of child support and > custody. e.
