THIS ACTION was heard before the Court on January 30, 1990, on
the Amended Petition for Dissolution of Marriage by the Husband. 0~ the
evidence presented, the Court finds:
1. MARRIAGE. The parties were narried on September 2, 1978 in
St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. RESIDENCE. The Husband has been a bona fide resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, for more than six (6) months before the commencement
of this action.
3. CHILDREN. There are two (2) children having been born as
issue of this marriage, CHRISTOPHER HAUGHIE and JENNIFER HAUGHIE; and one
(1) child was legally adopted during the marriage, JEFFREY HAUGHIE. The
Wife has primary physical custody of the minor child, JEFFREY HAUGHIE, with
liberal and continual visitation rights granted to the Husband. The
Husband has primary physical custody af the minor children, CHRISTOPHER
HAUGHIE and JENNIFER HAUGHIE, with liberal and continual visitation rights
granted to the Wife. Child support payments for the minor child, JEFFREY
HAUGHIE, shall commence effective aach week at the close of business
Friday, February 2, 1990 and made payable thereafter in the amovnt of
Thirty Five ($35.00) Dollars per week. Paynents are made through_the Clerk
of Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida at the following address:
Post Office Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida 34354.
4. SEPARATION AGREEMENT. The parties have entered into a
Property Settlement Agreement on January 17, 1990 with provisions for the
" division of their property a;zd payment of their joint obligations. It is
therefore;
