' THIS Stipulation and Property Settlement Agreement was made and ~
~ entered into this day of ~',qtic~nQ~ , 1990 by and between
~ FOREST W. HAUGHIE, III, hereinafter referred to as "Husband", a resident of
~
` St. Lucie County, Florida, and ROSEMARY E. HAllGHIE, hereinafter referred ta
as "~Iife", a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ WHEREAS, the Parties were lawfully joined in marriage on the 2nd
day of September, 1978, and did thereafter cohabit as Husband and Nife
until on or about June, 1989.

€ WHEREAS, the Parties had two (Z) children born of this marriage,
p who are CHRISTOPHER HAUGHIE, born September 22, 1982 and JENNIFER HAUGHIE,
~ born December 3, 1983; and one (1) child legally adopted during this
i marriage, who is JEFFREY HAUGHIE, born January 16, 1975.

WHEREAS, irreconcilable differences have arisen between the
` Husband and Wife such that their marriage is irretrievable broken, and
~
~ dissolution of martiage proceedings are imminent.

~ WHEREAS, the Parties desire to define their respective
4 obligations to each other and to record their understandings and
agreements; and the Parties desire to an amicable adjust certain property
rights and obligations arising by virtue of their marriage; and they desire
to settle and adjust all rights and claims to each other's estate,
including all rights and claims of inheritance, maintenance, support,
alimony, and child support; and they wish to amicable settle oth2r matters
as are set forth herein.
NOid, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual cavenants and
conditions contained in this Agreement, and in consideration of the
`'r, obligations accepted by the Parties, as well as other good and valuable
~ consideration provided for in this Agree~ent, the Husband and Wife agree to
