HomeMy WebLinkAbout1209 SPOUSAL SIIPPOBT 5. The Husband and Llife Waive all rights of alimony for purposes of support, whether permanent or rehabilitative. The Husband and Nife agree that no alimony for purposes of support, whether permanent or rehabilitative, shall be paid from or to either spouse. SHASED PABENTAL BESPONSIBILITY 7. Parental responsibility for the minor children shall be shared by both parents. It is the intent of the Parties hereto that they each continue to have a full and active role in providing a sound moral, social, economic and educational environment for their children. To that end, the Parties agree as follows: A. The Husband will be the primary residential parent of CHRISTOPHER HAUGHIE and JENNIFER HAUGHIE; and the Wife will be the primary residential parent of JEFFREY HAUGHIE. B. Each respective parent will be granted free access and liberal visitation rights. Frequent and continuing contact between both Parties ~ and the minor children is in the children's best interest. Each parent j shall enjoy visitation to include, but not necessarily be limited to, alternate weekends from 6:00 p.m. Friday to 6:00 p.m. Sunday and every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. each week. If either j parent is unable to exercise his/her visitation, he/she must give twenty ~ four (24) hours notice. The times of visitation shall be subject to adjustments between the Parties at and upon agreed upon times and dates. It is expressly understood that the children shall spend Mother's ~ Day with the mother and Father's Day with the father, Mother's birthday ~ with the mother and Father's birthday with the father, as well as holidays ° including Thanksgiving and Easter to be alternated. During the two (2) E keek periad of Christmas vacation, the children shall reside with the E mother beginning one (1) week prior to Christmas and ending 5:00 p.m. December 2?th, and with the father for the one (1) week period beginning December 27th thereafter. This visitation shall alternate from year to ~ year with the Flife enjoying visitation for the first week of Christmas, ~ ~ 1989. For Christmas 1990, this visitation sha11 reverse itself with the € Husband having the children the period of time one (1) week prior to Christmas and the Wife having the children for the period one (1) week ~ subsequent to Christmas. In all cases, each respective parent shall be responsible for transporting the children, at his/her expense, to and from the other parent's residence for any visitation purposes. It is expressly understood and agreed that neither Party shall remove the children from the State of Florida without the prior written consent of the other Party or, prior authorization from a Court of competent jurisdfction, excluding the minor child, JEFFREY HAUGHIE. It is further understood and agreed that the minor children shall reside with the respective parent for six (6) - consecutive weeks during the summer months at a time agreeable to all a Parties and in the best interest of the minor children. During this period ~ of time in which the children are residing with each parent, each parent f shall be granted free access and liberal visitation rights to include 6:00 _ p.m. Friday to 6:00 p.m. Sunday and every Monday and Nednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m..
