may be reached while the minor children are in that parent's custody
(including names, addresses and telephone numbers of any babysitters used
by the Husband and/or ~life during visitation) . Each parent is to notify
the other parent immediately (no later than six [6j hours) of any emergency
pertaining to the minor children of the parties.

8. Each Party hereby agrees that the minor chiZdren shall retain ~
the father's surname and it shall not be changed, regardless of any ;
subsequent changes in the Wife's surname. ~

CHILD SOPPOBT PAY~NfS -
9. The Husband shall make child support payments to the Wife in ;
the sum of Thirty Five (~35.00) Dollars per week for the minor child, ;
JEFFREY HAUGHIE. The Husband shall make the child support payments through
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida made ,
payable at the close of business c~ay on Friday of each week. Payment for '
~ child support shall commence immediately upon the execution of this
~ Agreement. However, the terms and conditions as to payment may be modified
and adjusted according to the parties herein. The Husband shall continue
; to make support payments until the minor child reach majority, marries,
i dies or becomes self-supporting or emancipated, at which time payment for
the minor child will terminate.

; FEDE~AL INOOIiE TAX DEPENDENCY EREHPTION
€ 11. The Parties agree that the Husband is entitled to claim the
~ dependency exemption for JEI3NIFER HAUGHIE on his Federal Income Tax Return
~ and the Wife is entitled to claim CHRISTOPHER HAUGHIE and JEFFREY HAUGHIE
on her Federal Income Tax Return. The parties agree that each year before
~ the appropriate date of the filing of his/her Income Tax Return, each party
~ ~ will execute a written waiver exemption form prescibed by the Internal
~ Revenue Service and forward it to the respective Spouse.

~ DIVISION OF tlARITAL PBOPFSTY

~ 12. During the marriage the Parties acquired certain property,
~ specified herein below, which they have agreed to divide as equally and
~ equitably as possible. In this regard, the Parties hereby agree to divide
said property in accordance to the fcllowing terms and conditions:
BEAL PROPEBTY
The Husband and Wife hereby acknowledge that they are not owners
in ~ee simple absolute of any real property which comprises their marital
~ dWelling which would necessitate and require an equitable division and
~ distribution of said asset. Furthermore, the parties are not owners in fee
~ simple abso?ute of any other real property which would necessitate and
~ require an equitable division and distribution.
