A. 1982 Ford Zephur
The Wife shall be responsible for any and all payments for
insurance, repairs, maintenance and any other costs pertaining to said
motor vehicle and hold the Husband harmless from any liability thereon.
The Husband shall have exclusive ownership and does hereby
acknowledge receipt of the following described motor vehicle:
A. 2970 Chevrolet Van
The Husband shall be responsible for a:~y and all payments an~ costs,
pertaining to said motor vehicle, including ~ayments for insurance,
repairs, maintenance thereon and shall hold the Wife harmless from any
liability thereon.
Each Party agrees to execute any and all documents necessary to
transfer his/her right, title and interest in the above described motor
vehicles to the other Party in accordance with the terms and conditions
specified hereinabove.
HOIISEHOLD FUBNISHINGS
The Husband and ~life have made provisions for the equitable
division of any and all household furnishings and are satisfied that this
distribution and division of these assets and furnishings are fair and
equitable to both parties.

The Husband and Wife have made provisions for the equitable
distribution of any and all existing checking accounts, savings accounts
f and IRA accounts and are satisfied that this division and distribution of

CBEDIT CABDS/PFRSONAL DEBTS
The Husband and Nife have made provisions for the equitable
' division of any and all credit cards and personal debts and are satisfied
that this distribution and division of these assets and furnishings are
fair and equitable to both parties.
PFRSONAL PBOPF.BTY
Each of the Parties hereto shall own their respective personal
- property and personal effects such as clothing, jewelry and the like.
ALLOCATIOH OF DEBTS
~ The Parties hereby acknowledge that they have made provisions for
the payment of any and all exis[ing and current obligations and are
satisfied as to the provisions made therein.
