5. The above-mentioned sum of ;2~432.97 pius assessments

following manner:

BUTTAFLNJCO'S and OARBE'S executlon of thls STIPULATION OF
SETTLEMENT.
5.2 BUTTAFUOCO and GARBE shail pay 5150.00 per month

~ BUTTAFUOCO and GARBE shall pay 5250.00 per manth on the first day

speclal assessments-whlch become due to the Assoclatlon during

5.4 The payment under Sectlon 6.1 above must be made
payable to "LEVINE AND FRANK~ TRUST ACCOUNT" and must be recelved
