occur(s) and upon the ASSOCIATION's fitlnfl of an Affidavlt wlth
the Clerk of the Court attestlnfl to any ona o~ more of those
event(s). then the followln~ shall occur:
(t) The Clerk. wlthout any further Order of thls Court~
shall sell the UNIT at Publlc Sale on the fi~st avallable sale
date, to the hlqhest bldder or bidders~ for cash. tn the lobby at
the East Door on the First Floor of the St. Lucle County
Courthouse, 221 South Indlan River Drlve. Fort Plerce, Flor~ida
after hav4ns flrst qlven nottce as requlred by Section 45.031.
Florlda Statutes. BUTTAFUOCO and OARBE shall be entltfed to an
approprlate credlt for all sums pald by them.
