THIS CAUSE came before this Court upon the Motion for
Default Final Judgment against the Defendants, MARIA L. TORRES
and MARGARITA P. VALDES, a Default having been entered in this
i cause against said Defendants on November 20, 1989, the Court

having examined the file and affidavits herein, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon

i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as fallows:

~ 1, Plaintiff, IRENE H. REESE, is due the sum of $3,458.55
~ as principal; $1,314.04 as interest through January 10, 1990,

! 2. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to any

} according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat

3. If the total sum including attorney's fees with interest
thereon at the rate prescribed by law and all costs of this
action accruing subsequent to the Judgment are not paid within
three (3) days from this date, the Clerk of this court shall sell j
