This Stipulation and Judgment shall be enforced under the laws of I
the State of Florida.
4. Defendants, SIGLER ENTERPRISES, INC. and RICHARD E.
SIGLER, individually, acknowledge that they waive any defenses,

offsets, or counterclaims to this action. The parties agree that
the Court may immediately enter a Judgment without the necessity
I
of further hearing or otherwise, unless deemed necessary by the I
Plaintiff, for the purpose of adjudicating the rights of the
other parties to this action.
5. KATHERINE SIGLER, individually, specifically agrees to
i
' unconditionally guarantee the indebtedness evidenced by this
Amended Stipulation and eventual Judgment by execution of an
j original Guaranty Agreement in the form attached as Exhibit "A."

6. The parties consent to the filing of this Amended
~
Stipulation with the Court and request the Court to enter a
`i
~ Judgment accordingly.
