ORDERED AND ADJUDCiED, as foltaws:
1. That Defendant, MICHAEL STEPPLINO, d/b/a THE SUBWAY
SHOP, shall deposit with the Registry of the Ci~cuit Court of St.
Lucie County the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
(~1~SOO.OQ), until further order of this Caurt, said sum being
the subject of muitipie claims by pa~ties involved in this
lawsuit.
2. The Defendant, MICHAEL STEPPLINO, d/b/a THE SUBWAY 5HOP,
shall be dismissed with pr~ejudice from this actisn.
