THIRD: That the Promissory Note dated July 18, 1983 and Renewal
Promissory Note dated Decemb~r 18, 1986 shall be renewed and replaced
by the Renewal Promissory Note attached hereto as Exhibit A and
incorporated herein by reference. I

FODRTH: All of the terms and conditions contained in said Promissory Note i
and Mortgage being modified only as expressly provided herein.
FIFTH: This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the
benefit of the heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors
and assigns of the parties hereto.
