BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeaced HAROLD H. GOLDMAN, ESQ., who being duly sworn
according to law deposes ar?d says:
1. That he is the attorney for the Estate of
Ferdinand J. Fuchs, deceased.
2. That a Petition for Summary Ancillary
Adminstration was filed at Case No. 90-024 CP, Probate
Division, St. Lucie County, Florida, naming as beneficiaries
of this estate, DOROTBY M. FUCHS and ROBERTA A. SCBREIBER.
3. That an Order of Summary Ancillary
Administration was submitted to the Court and authorized by
the Court directing assets of the estate be distributed to
~ DOROTHY M. FUCHS and ROBERT A. SCHREIBER.
4. That the purpose of this Affidavit to correct
said Order of Summary Ancillary Administration to show

distribution of the assets of the estate to DOROTHY M. FUCHS
