NOTICE OF LIEN
FOR DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF BUILDINGS
TO THE PUBLIC AND TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
BE IT KNOWN AND YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City Commission of the City
of Fort Pierce, Florida under authority of Chapter 167-OS Laws of Florida and
party under authority of Article 2, Section 14, Sub-section 9, as amended, of
the City Charter entitled "Removal of Buildings and Nuisances" after Public
Hearing did adopt Resolution No. 89-85 on August 7, 1989 authorizing and
instructing City Manager to remove or cause to be removed the building on the
following described property lying and beng situate in the City of For[ Pierce,
Florida, to wit:
Alberta C. Hair Benjamin Hogg's Addition ~2,990.00
2705 Avenue R Block H, Lot 6
Fort Pierce, F1 34947 906 Avenue "B"

and, NOTICES, thereof are to be levied and placed on record as a lien against
said property.
THEREFORE, the City of Fort Pierce embraces, claims and holds a lien on
the mentioned property. sa
