That the Grantor, by virtue of the provisions of the Last
Will and Testament of ANNA AIELLO, deceased. and in consideration
of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 (S10.00) DOLLARS in hand paid by t;~e

Grantee, the zeceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold, remised, released, conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, their neirs
