THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this day of

Representative of the Es"tate of ANNA AIELLO, deceased, whose
address is 1908 Jacaranda Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL, Grantor, and
PASQUALE AIELLO, LUCA AIELLO, and MARY CINQUE as Tenants in
common, each with a one-third undivided interest and not as joint
tenants with right of survivorship, whose addresses are 1606
Frances Avenue. Fort Pierce, and 98 S. Ocean Avenue, Center
Moriches, NY. and 1908 Jacaranda Avenue, F~rt Pierce, FL.
