For and in consideration of the sum of NINE HUNDRED FORTY-
ONE AND 28/1C0 ($941.28) DOLLARS to me in hand this day paid on
behalf of FLOSSIE R. DURKEE, the receipt and sufficiency of which
is hereby acknowledged, GLEN BLACKBURN TRUCKING, d/b/a CARLTON
PAVING, hereby releases FLOSSIE R. DURKEE and the property ~
hereinafter described from a Claim of Lien filed by GLEN
BLACKBURN TRUCKING, d/b/a CARLTON PAVING recorded in Official
Records Book 616, Page 535 in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida on the 21st day of December, 1988 for the sum of
NINE HUNDRED FORTY-ONE AND 28/100 ($9~1.28) DOLLARS due for
labor, services, and materials on said property which is
described as follows:

in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
