6. The Mortgagor covenants and agrees to Qerform, comply _
with, and abide by, each and every one of the provisions of
this Agreement, the Consolidation Note, the Mortgage and any
other loan documents securing the Note, the Future Advance Note
or the Consolidation Note, as modified hereby.
7. This Agreement shall be binding upon and ir~ure to the
benefit of the successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and the
Mortgagee.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this
Agreement to be eaecuted as of the date first written at
Stuart, Florida.
