THIS MORTGI?GB RIDER RSGI?RDING CONSTRUCTION LOAN is iacnrporated into and
shall ba deemed to amend and aupplement the mortqaqe ("Mortqaqe") of even date
qiven by the undersiqned (individually and collectively, the "Mortqagor") to
RSPUBLIC SAVINGS BAN1C (the "Mortgagee") to secure payment of a note (the
'•Note") o~ even date in the principal amount of ; 90,000.00 ,
J?DDI?IONJII. COVSNJ?P?S. In addition to the covenants and agreements made
in the Mortqaqe, Mortgagor and Mortqaqee further covenant and aqree that (i)
all of the terms and conditions of the Construction Laan Aqreement (the
"Construction Loan Aqreement'•) of even date bet~+een Mortqaqee and Mortqaqor
for the construction of improvements on the property encumbered by the
Mortqaqe are hereby incorporated into the Mortqaqe, (ii) any default under the
Construction Loan Aqreement shall conatitute a default under the Mortgage, and
(iii) any advances or disbursements made under the Construction Loan Agreement
to enable completion of the contempla~ed improvements, ~+ith interest on such
advances or disbursements, are securea by the Mortqage.
BY SIGNING BELOW, Mortqaqor accepta and agrees to the terms and covenants
contained in this Mortqage aider Reqardinq Construction Loan.
