BY THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED~ MARILYN J. JONES, a single
adult, and LILLIAN R. SCHWAB, a married adult, Grantors, in
consideration of Ten Dollars paid by DOROTHY L. RUSCHKOFSKI, 114 East
Roselawn Drive, Logansport, Indiana 46947, Grantee, convey to
Grantee the following-described real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida: _ ^

Lot 2, and the North ~ of Lot 3, Block 2, r 322.3~
MARIMAC SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, '~~~3,
as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 31, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Grantors certify that the above-described real property is
not their homestead property, and is not contiguous to their
homestead property.
Grantors certify that they do nat own any other property
subject to a mortgage insured or held by DOROTHY L. RUSCHKOFSKI.
This Deed is an absolute conveyanc~ in satisfaction of that
certain mortgage dated November 29, 1988, filed December 1, 1988, and
recordec3 in Official Records Book 613, Page 940, of the Public
R~cords of St. Lucie County, Florida, given by MARILYN J. JONES and
LILLIAN R. SCHWAB to DOROTHY L. RUSCHKOFSKI.
Grantors covenant with Grantee that Grantors are lawfully
seized of the property in fee simple; that Grantors have good right
' and lawful authority to sell and convey the property; that Grantors

warrant the title to the property for any acts of Grantors and Will
