~ (1) Pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 713.24 Plaintiff shall file

~ either a cash sum or a bond with the Clerk of this Court in the
~ amount of One Hundred-Two Thousand, Five Hundred Dol.lars

~ ($102,500.00) conditioned ta pay any judgment or decree which may

be rendered for the satisfaction of that Claim of Lien filed by
Tokev, Inc. and recorded on November 9, 1989, in Official Records
Book 663 at Page 831 of the Public Records af St. Lucie County,
Florida.
