(2) Upon the filing of either the cash sum or bond referred !

to in Paragraph One of this Order, the ~lerk of this Court shall, !

pursuant to Fla. Stat. ~ 713.24(1}, make and record a Certificate
showing the transfer of that Claim of Lien from the real property
described therein to the security and shall mail a copy thereof
by registered or certified mail to the lienor named in the Claim
of Lien so transferred at the address stated.
{3) Upon the filing of the Certificate of Transfer by the
Clerk, the real property shall thereupon be relea~ed from the
lien claimed, and such lien shall be transferred to the security.
