agree not to make any claim for any future advances under and pursuant to the
terms of the Fu[ure Advance Clause of the firs[ mortgage er~cumbering the real
property owned by the undersigned and more formally described as follows.;
LOT 1, IN BLOCK 20 OF LAKEWOOD PARK, UNIT N0. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1Q AT PAGE 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORQS OF
5T. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and said mortgage being from Thomas J. Ware and Maureen C. Ware, his rlife
to Savinqs of America dated 04/27/77 and
recorded 05/31/77 in Official Book 267 Page 1635 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County. Florida, arid we, the undersigned hereby
specifically waive any right to obtain funds pursuant to such future advance ~
clause for so long a period of time as the FPL EMPLOYFES' FEDF.RAL CREDIT UNION
and/or assignee(s) shall retain an interest in the mortgage bearing this date ;
executed by the un~ersigr.ed to said FPL EMPLOYEES' FEDERAL CREDIT UNION of
Dade County.
This Agreement also provides that the acceptance of a future advance under the '
first mortgage will constitute a default under the second mortgage and that j
the second mortgage, on such default, is entitled to all the rights and ?
remedies available to him in the event of a default as set forth in said j
' mortgage.
