~ C. As a result of unhappy differences, the parties are

~ now separated and a Petition for Dissolution of N,arriage has been

~ filed by the Wife in the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida.
D. The purpose of this Agreement is to make a complete
and final settlement between the parties as to all their property
rights.
; E. Husband and Wife each fully understand the terms, conditions

~ and provisions of this Agreement and beiieve its terms to be
