of this Agreement.
, In consideration of the premises, and the mutual promises
~ and understandings herein contained, and of other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
• parties agree as follows:
1. The parties may and shall at all times hereafter live
separate and apart. They shall not molest or interfere with
each other, nor shall either of them compel or attempt to compel
' the other to cohabit or dwell with him or her, by any means

~ whatsoever.

E 2. Prior to their separation, the parties resided in an

` apartment owned by the Wife's father and located at 950 Colorado

Avenue, Townhome ~134, Stuart, Florida. The parties agree that

f the Wife shall have the exclusive use and possession of the marital
~

E apartment.
~ 3. The parties own two automebiles, namely: a 1982 Plymouth
~
F
~ Reliant titled in the joint names of the parties and currently
~ in the possession of the Husband and a 1987 Honda Civic titled
~ in the joint names of the parties and currently in the possession
~
of the Wife. The parties hereby agree that the Husband shall
have the exclusive use and possession of the 1982 Plymouth ReZiant
and that the Wife shall have the exclusive use and possession
of thP 1987 Honda Civic and that each shall be responsible for
t any indebtedness incurred in the purchase or operation of the
~
~ automobile in their possession. Each of the parties agrees to
€
~ sign any and all papers necessary to transfer the autamobiles
