Stipulation for the modification of the primary physical
~ residence of the children set forth herein and the Court having
considered such Stipulation and being otherwise fully and well
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the primary physical
residence of DONNELL LEMART WESLEY, d.o.b. 4/21/79 and TREVARUS

~ TYRONE WESLEY, d.o.b. 3/15/80, shall be and it is hereby modified
~ and changed to be with the Father, DARNELL LARMAR WESLEY, with
~
~ reasonable rights of visitation reserved to the Mother. It is
~ further
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all other terms and
~
~ provisions of court orders in this case which have not otherwise
been modified by Court order or otherwise, shall remain in full
force and effect.
