BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally apoeared
CHARLES A. F.NANS, JR., who being duly sworn deposes and says:
1. That he is the owner of the following described property
located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block 22, River Park Unit ?tao, according to
the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 72
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That Chelsea Title Company has brought to his attention a
Judgement recorded in OR Book 306, Page 1801 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, against ANGELINE AND
CHARI.IE EVANS.
~ 3. That he is not the same CHARLIE EVANS named in said
Judgement, and that he knows of no judgement filed against
hi.m.
4. That CHARLES A. EVANS, JR. and JEAr1NE B. EVANS have been
continuously married without interruption from December 21,
19$8, through January 26, 1990.
5. That the representations embraced herein are for the purpose
of inducing Chelsea Title Company to insure the title to
the above described property.
