TO DEED OF TRUST/MORTGAGE ~

This Rider is made this 26TH day of JANUARY
19 90 , and is incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and
supplemen[ the Mortgage, Deed of Trust, Deed to Secure Debt (the
"Ins[rument") of the same date given by Lhe undersigned ~the "Mort-
gagor")
and covering the property described in the Instrument and located a[:
181 N.W. HEATHER STREET, PORT ST. LUCIE, FLORIDA 34983

"the title 'secretary of Veterans Affairs' shall be substitued ior
that of 'Adminis[rator of Veterans Affairs' and the designation
'Department of Veterans Affairs' shall be substituted for that of
'Veterans Adminis[ration' each time ei[her appears in the Deed of
Trust/Mortgage pursuant to the provisions of Section 2, Pub. L, No.
I' 100--527, the Department of Veterans Affairs Act.
