TBIS RIDER i9 made this 19th day of December , ~
19 89 , and i~ incorp~rated into and shall be deemed to amend and I!,
eupplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or Security Deed (the
"Security Instrument") of even date hereWith~ given by the
undersigned (the "Borrover") to secure Borrower's Note to BancBoston
!lortgage Corporation (the "Lender') of the same date and covering
the property described in the Security Instrument and located at
1~57 S. Ane~i St . Por St. Lucie, FL 34983 _
In addition to the covenants and agreements made in the
Security Instrument, Borrover and Lender further covenant and agree
as follovs:
The mortgagee shal~, vith the prior approval of the Federal
Housing Commissioner, or his designee~ declare all sums secured
by this moctgage to be immediately due and payable if all or
part of the property is sold or otherWise transferred (other
than by devise, descent or operation of lav_) by .the .mortgagor,
pursuant to a contract of sale executed not later than 12
months after the date on vhich the mortgage is executed~ to a
purchaser vhose credit has not been approved in accordance vith
~ the requirements of the Commissioner.
