19. Acceleration; Remedies. Lender shall give notice to Borrower prior to pcceleration fol(owing E3orruwer's
breach of any cuveo~tnt ur ~t~rerment in this Security Instrument (but noi prior to acceferatian under paragraphs 13 and 17
uniess applicAbte law provides otherwise). The notice shAl) specify; (a) the default; Ib) the action required to cure the ~
default; (c) a date, not less than 30 days from the date the notice is given to Borrower. by which the default must be cured;
