19. Assignment af Rents; Appointment oi Recei~er. As additional security hereunder, Borro~~er hereby auigns to Lender

of' the Property, have the right to collect and retain such rents as they become due and payable. ~

attorneys' fees, and then to the sums secured by this Mortgage. The receiver shall be liable to account only for those rents ;

20. Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this ~4ortgage, Lende~ shall release this Mortgage without charge •
to Sorrower. Borrower shall pay all costs of recordation, if any.
ll. Attorneys' Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note, "attorneys' fees" shall include attorneys' fees, if any,
~vhich may be awardeci by an appellate court. ~
