rece~ver appainted by a court to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Prope~ty and to collect the rents of the
~-roperty including those past due. Ali ~en~s coltected by the receiver shall be applied first to payment ot the costs of
management of the Property and collection of rents, including, but not- limited to, receiver's fees, premiums on
rece~ver's bonds and reasonabie anomeys' fees, and then to the sums secure~ by this Mo~tgage. The receiver shall be '
I~able to account oniy for those rents actually received. ~
20. Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, Lender shall release this Mortgage withaut
charg~ to BoROwer. Borrower shall pay al) costs of recordation, if any.
21. Attorney's Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note, "attorneys' fees" shall include anorneys' fees. if
any, which may be awarded by an appellate court. i
