her successor for the purpose of distribution of [his portion of my estate
to the children of my deceased daugh[er, CELIA, who are:
C~LIA ANN CARTER, preaently residing at Route #2,
Highway 16 West, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701;
~ CAROLYN C. FRAN KE, presently residing at 10720 Yosemite
Valley Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205;
JOHN LEE CAZORT, presently reaiding at 3008 Ridge Pass
Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72207.
B. I direct my Trustee or succeseor Trustee to hold, manage,
invest and reinvest the principal and income of this Trust until such time
as the oldest of my three (3) said grandchildren shall attain age
thirty-five (35) years. Upon attainment of age thirty-five (35) years by
said grandchild, my Trustee or succQSSOr Trustee shall divide the then
principal and accumulated income of this Trust into three (3) equal parts
and shall distribute one of such equal parts to such child who has attained
age thirty-five {35) years of this Trust shall there upon terminate as to
I such child. My Trustee or successor Trustee shall continue to hold,
manage, invest and reinvest the prin~ipal and income of this Truat until
such time as each succeeding grandchild shall attain age thirty-five (35)
years. Upon attainment of age thirty-five years by the second of my said
C grandchildren, my Trustee or successor Trustee shall distribute one-half of

; grandchild and this Trust shall there upon terminate as to said grandchild.

Upon attainment of age thirty-five (35) years by the youngest of said three

~ grandchildren, my Trustee shall transfer to said grandchild the then

~ remaining principal and accumulated income of this truat and this Trust

~ ehall there upon terminate as to said grandchild.

~ C. I direct my Trustee or succeasor Trustee to continue Co hold,
~ manage, invest and reinveat the two remaining equal portions of my estate,
~ distributing the net income from each such equal remaining portion of my
~
estate in convenient installments, at least quarter-annually from ane of
such remaiaing equal portions to my daughter, E@4!A T. ASHLEY, and from the
