D. Upon the death of my eaid daughter or my said son or both of
them, my Trustee or successor Trustee ahall continue to hold, manage,
invest and reinvest the principal and any accumulated income of the Trust
created for such deceased child of mine for the beuefit of the following
named of my grand~hildren, the first group of which are the children of my
daughter, EMMA T. ASHLEY, and the second group of which are the children of
my son, JOHN E. TAYLOR, M.D.:
JUDY A. CLARK, presently residing at 33 Fieldway Drive,
Jensen Beach, Florida 33457;
MARJORIE A. HOUMES, presently residing at 16 Fieldvay
Drive, Jensen Beach, Florida 33457; and
JOSEPHINE MARIE PARA.DISE, presently residing at 5
Gu~bolimbo Way, Jensen Beach, Florida 33457.
and
JOHN E. TAYLOR, III, presently residing at 1464 Colony
East Circle, Stone Mountain, Georgia 30083;

STEPHEN TAYLOR, presently residing at 464 North Oalcley
Drive, Apt. 113, Columbus, Georgia 31906;
DAVID A. TAYLOR, presently residing at 2933 N. Dekall
Drive, Apt. 3d8, Doraville, Georgia 3034Q; and
BRET Y. TAYLOR, presently residing at 2548 Lauderdale

~ E. Upon attai.nment of age thirty-five (35) years by the first of
