F. Upon attainment of age thirty-five yeare by [he firet of my
saiei grandsone, my Trustee or auccessor Trustee ahall distribute to said
grandson one-fourth (1/4) of the then principal and accumulated income of
this Trust and this Truat shall there upon terminate as to said grandson.
Upon attainment of age thirty-five (35) y~ara by the second of said ,
grandsona, my Trustee or auccessor Truatee shall distribute to said
grandaon one-third (1/3) of the then remaining principal and accwmulated ~

income of said Trust to said grandson, and this Trust ahall terminate as to s

said grandson. Upon attainment of age thirty-five (35) years by the third
of said grandsons, my Truste~ or successor Trustee shall dis~ribute to said
grandson one-half (1/2) the then remaining principal and accumulated lncome
of said Trust, and this Trust shall terminate as to said grandson. Upon
attainment of age thirty-five (35) years by the youngest of my said

ARTICLE V ~
If either of my said children fail to survive me, the share to
