ARTICLE VII
I name my daughter, II~iA T. ASHLEY, as Trustee of all Trusts

created in and by this Will. If she fails or ceasea to serve, I name my
son-iYr law, C. RICHARD ASHLEY, presently residing at 27 River Road, Jensen
Beach, Florida 33457, as successor Truatee. If he fails or ceaaes to
serve, I name my granddaugher, JOSEPHINE MARIE PARA1?ISE, as successor
Trustee of the Trusts created in and by this Will. I direct that no bond
shall be required of any of the foregoing vhile serving as my Fiduciaries.
I direct that my Trustee and any successor Trustee ahall be entitled to
r~asonable compensation and expenses.
ARTICLE VIII

The following provisions shall apply to the trust estate and to ~
ach trust under this Will: ~

A. If income or discretionary amounts of principal became ~

payable to a minor or to a person under legal disability or to a person not ~

adjudicated incompetent but who, by reason of illness or mental or physical

' disability, is in the opinion of the Trustee unable properly to manage his

E or her affaira, ther? such income or principal shall be paid or expended

j only in such of the foZlowing ways aa the Trustees deem best: (a) to the
beneficiary directly; (b) to the legally appointed guardian of the

~ beneficiary; (c) to a custodian for the beneficiary under a Uniform Gifts

° to Minors Act; (d) by the Trusteea directly for the benefit of the i

; beneficiary; (e) to an adult relative or friend in reimburaement for j

~ amounts properly advanced for the benefit of the beneficiary.

~ B. The interests of benef iciaries in principal or income shall

- not be sub~ect to the claims of any creditor, any spouse for alimony or
support, or others, or to legal process, and may not be voluntarily or ~
