receive notice and have authority to act for such beneficiary under this
section.
No Trustee wherever acting shall be required to give bond or
surety or be appointed by or account for the administration of any trust to
any Court. No statute with respect to underproductive property shall apply
to any trust under this Will. I recommend tha[ trust registration be
neither voluntarily accomplished by the Trustees nor requested by any
beneficiary.
ARTICLE IX
The personal representatives named in this Will and their
succes$ors and parties serving in their stead, shall be governed by the
provisions of Section 733.612 and 737.402, and Chapter 738, Florida
Statutes 1975, that are not in conflict with this instrument, and shall
have all additional powers and protectfou granted by statute to them at the
time of application that are not in conflict with this instrument. In
addi[ion and not in limitation o£ any common-law or as~y statutory
authority, and without application to any Court, they shall follow the
directions hereafter given and shall have the powers and responsibilities
described below to be exercised in their absolute discretion.
(a) With regard to both real and personal property, for
the purpose of obtaining fuads for the payment of
taxes, claims and the administratioa, payment of
bequests, and making distributions, converaion into
cash, management of the property and for every other
proper purpose, they may acquire, sell, borrow,
mortgage, pledge, transfer, and convey in such manner
and on such terms without limit as to time as they may
deem advisable, even for the terms beyond the expected
administration of my estate. and no purchaser or lender
shall be held liable to see to the propriety of the
transaction or ta the application of the proceeds.
(b) To pay expenses that are reasonable for the
delivery of gifts made by this Will.
(c) To pay any pledge Co a charity made by me in
writing if in the judgment of the personal
