Minors A~:t. If there is none, the Custodian ahall be
appointed by the pereonal representative, aad any party
serving as ~ersonal representative may be appoiated aa
Custodian.
(e) To use iacome for purposes other than those
designated bq Sectiona 73$.04 and 738.05, Florida
Statutes 1975, as the same nov exiats or as they may
hereafter be amended. .
(f) To charge expenses of administration, attorney's
fees, and other expenses against income or principal in
lieu of the statutory direction contained in Sections
738.13(1)(c); 738.13(1)(e); and 738.13(3)(a), Florida ~
Statutes 1975. _

name at the end of it and upon each page thereof for greater security and
