Testament dat~d 3 December 1979, make this First Codicil to my F
said Last Will and Testament. '

I hereby amend ARTICLE IV A of my Will to read as
t
follows: -
. "A. The first of such equal parts shall be held by my
Tr ustee or her successor for the purpose of distr ibution of this
p ortion of my estate to the children and grandchildren of my
deceased daughter, CELIA."
I hereby amend ARTICLE IV B of my Will to read as
follows :
"B. I direct my Trustee or successor Trustee to hald, '

m anage, invest and reinvest the principal and income of this ~

Trust until attainment of ag~ 35 years by the oldest of the
children of my deceased daughter, CELIA. Upon attainment of age ~

35 by such child, my Trustee or successor Trustee shall divide ~
the then tr ust principal and accumulated incame into six (6) ?

equal parts, one such equal part for each child of my said ;

deceased daughter, CELTA, and one such part for the issue, 5

c ollectively, of each such child of my deceased daught~r, CELIA. ~
My Trustee or successor Trustee shall distribute the equal part
d ue the child of my deceased daughter, CELZA, to such child who
has attained age thirty-five years, and this trust shall ~
thereupon terminate as to such child.
