FINAL JODG!lENT OF DISSOGOTION OF MARRIAGfE ~ - THIS CAUSE having~ come before the Court for a Final Hearing on the Wife's Petition for Dissolution of l~tarriage, and the Court having heard the testimony of witr,esse s, reviewed the evidence ~ and heard arguments on behalf of the Parties, and being otherwise fully advised in the facts and premises, the Court hereby makes the following finding of fact: 1. The Parties were lawfully joined in r~arriage on the Sth day of November, 1982. 2. The marriage between the Parties is irretrieva bly broken. 3. There were two mino: children born of the marriage, to , wit: JENNIFER WHITE, born February 24, 1984 and CHARLES WHITE, ; i born September 1, 1985. ~ 4. Throughout these proc~edings, the Wife has been represented by Michael J. Kessler, Esquire and Robert C. Trenkle, E ~ k ~ Esquire of the Law Otfices of hSICHAEL J. KESSLER, P.A. a ~ 5. The Husband was at one time represented by Robert ~ ~ ~ Schwerer of the Law Firm of BR~NNON, HAYSKAR, JEFFERSON, AND ? 6 GORMAN, P.A. With the Husband's consent, attorney Schwerer has ~ ~ withdrawn fram this case and the Husband has proceeded to ~ ~ ~ represent himself. ~ ~ 6.
