said policy. The life insurance policy may be either term or
whole life, t~owevet, th~ Elusband shall not borrow against said
policy. The Husband shall provide the Wife ~ith a copy of said
life insurance policy within ten days of the date hereof and the
Husband will furnish the Wife with proof of payment of the
premiums within ten days oE Cheir due date. The Husband shall
maintain said life insurance policy for as long as he is
obligated to pay child support. When the Husband is no longer
obligated to support one of the childr~n, due to that child
having reached the age of majority or otherwise, the amount of
the life insurance policy coverage may be reduced to $~Q
dollars. The right of the Husband to reduce the amount of
coverage will not be affected by the fact that he voluntarily
continues to pay child support past the date when his obligation
ends.
t) As and for the equitable distribution of marital
proper ty, the Cour t awards the following pcoper ty to the Wife as
her sole and exclusive property free of any right, title, claim
or interest of the Husband, or in the event the property has been
sold or destroyed the cash value of the property.

The Wife shall indemnify the Husband from any loss, injury or
