wil; be responsible for all other debts, including but not
limited to any debts incurred from prior Federal Income Tax
Resutnes. The Husband shall indemnify the Wife from any loss,
injury or damage that the Wife may sustain as a result of said
liability.
w) Within thirty (30) days of the entry of this Judgment,
the Husband shall pay to the Law Offices of MICHAEL J. KESSLER,
P.A., the sum of $4,48~.00, for 44.8 hourts of work at $100.00
per hour which the Court determines to be reasonable attorney's
fees, costs, and suit money incurred by the Wife in connection ;
with obtaining child support and alimony. The Court finds the '
~
foregoing sum to be reasonable attorney's fees in light of the
nature of the case, the services provided by the Wife's Attorney,
and the nwnerous Motions and hearings whict~ were made necessary
by the Eiusband's acts and omissions. The Wife's request for ~
~
rehabilitative alimony is hereby denied. ~
~
x) This Court reserves jurisdiction over the Parties and ~
the subject ma tter of this cause for purposes of enforcement and ~
~
for the purpose of entering such other and further orders as may ;
~
become necessary and proper. ~
